Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of practical Salesforce development experience.
- Have experience implementing or maintaining Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Have experience creating, diagnosing, or maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
- Have practical knowledge of Service Cloud processes and features, especially case management, Service Console, and service-process automation.
- Demonstrate strong programming knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Be fluent in Polish.
- Experience with Omni-Channel routing, Salesforce Knowledge, entitlement management, SLA, or digital customer service channels is an advantage.
- Experience with Informatica, SAP integrations, event-driven patterns, Salesforce DevOps, Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, Salesforce Agentforce, or Einstein is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware.
- Configure and extend Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Service Console, custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflow automation, queues, Omni-Channel routing, Salesforce Knowledge, and entitlement/SLA processes.
- Design and optimize service processes for receiving, assigning, routing, escalating, and resolving cases.
- Work with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and IT teams, advising on Salesforce capabilities, technical limitations, and integration options.
- Analyze business requirements and propose end-to-end technical solutions.
- Write unit tests and participate in releases.
- Develop, extend, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
