Requirements
- Bring solid experience or strong hands-on interest in customer data projects and discuss delivery challenges, design decisions, and trade-offs.
- Understand customer data platform concepts, especially identity resolution, unified customer profiles, segmentation, and customer data modelling.
- Have experience with or strong interest in Salesforce Data 360.
- Understand CDP use cases in marketing automation and customer engagement.
- Have hands-on experience in data modelling and data integration, ideally focused on unified customer profile design.
- Tableau and/or Salesforce CRM Analytics experience is preferred.
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Salesforce Personalization, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence is an advantage.
- Communicate effectively in client-facing environments and translate business needs into practical solution approaches.
- Communicate in English and Polish; German is a plus.
- Work on a B2B contract.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of customer data solutions, including data modelling, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Support the definition and evolution of unified customer profiles and customer data models.
- Support solution shaping, client workshops, and cross-functional delivery activities.
- Contribute to customer data platform initiatives, including Salesforce Data 360 and related Salesforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate client needs into practical solutions.
- Support analytics and insight-related use cases involving customer data, segmentation, and activation.
- Participate in occasional on-site customer activities when required.
