Requirements
- Have 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Have hands-on experience building and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Bring strong development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Understand REST/SOAP APIs, data models, and data migration.
- Have experience integrating Salesforce with other business applications.
- Be able to understand complex business processes, diagnose technical issues, and design practical, scalable solutions.
- Be comfortable partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical stakeholders.
- Be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and document your work.
Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, automations, integrations, and data models.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce capabilities.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, maintaining reliable data flow and data quality.
- Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and contribute to platform administration, optimization, security, and performance.
- Contribute to Salesforce architecture, development standards, documentation, testing, and release processes.
