Demonstrate hands-on Power BI development experience, including dashboard design, data modelling, and DAX.
Have good SQL skills and experience working with data from multiple sources.
Have experience delivering Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions.
Understand data modelling principles and reporting best practices.
Have experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Communicate effectively and work with business and technical stakeholders.
Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be fluent in English.
Previous experience in FMCG environments is a nice-to-have.
Knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting is a nice-to-have.
Experience with finance- or tax-related reporting requirements is a nice-to-have.

Gather, analyse, and challenge reporting requirements with business and planning stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, data models, and reporting solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations.
Work with Databricks data and multiple source systems to deliver reliable reporting.
Support business-oriented data models and a dedicated analytics layer.
Implement KPI calculations, time intelligence, and planning-related reporting logic.
Ensure reports are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
Work with data engineers, technical teams, and business users to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
