Requirements
- Have 2–4+ years of experience in BI/data, including ETL, modelling, or reporting.
- Have solid SQL Server skills.
- Have solid Python skills.
- Understand semantic or dimensional modelling, including SSAS, AAS, or Power BI.
- Have experience with Power BI and/or Excel reporting.
- Have strong English communication skills and be comfortable leading client conversations.
- Work independently and use AI tools to extend your capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate them into technical scope.
- Work with ETL based mostly on Microsoft ERP, including Navision and Business Central, and extend or refactor pipelines during migrations.
- Design semantic models using SSAS, AAS, or Power BI.
- Build reports across Excel, Power BI, and Paginated Reports.
- Diagnose and fix performance and data issues across the stack.
- Build PoCs, recommend platforms and architecture, and identify ways to reduce cloud costs.
- Explain the reasoning behind technical decisions to non-technical clients.
