Requirements
- Have 5+ years of commercial experience as a BI Developer or Data Visualization Developer.
- Have advanced Tableau knowledge, including dashboard development, complex calculations, data blending, and performance optimization.
- Have strong SQL skills and practical experience querying and combining data from multiple sources.
- Understand data modeling and have experience with relational databases, APIs, and flat files.
- Have experience building scalable, maintainable, and standardized dashboard solutions.
- Know data visualization best practices, dashboard quality assurance, and performance optimization.
- Be able to troubleshoot and debug Tableau dashboards and identify data inconsistencies.
- Have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Be able to prepare and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Have experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Data Product Owners, and technical teams.
- Have English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards for service-related data.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and standardized dashboard solutions.
- Optimize dashboard performance and apply quality assurance practices.
- Integrate and blend data from multiple sources using an understanding of data models and structures.
- Establish and maintain data visualization standards for dashboard readability, usability, and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and data inconsistencies in existing Tableau dashboards.
- Maintain and enhance reporting solutions as business needs evolve.
- Create and maintain technical documentation covering data sources, calculations, business logic, and visualization standards.
- Collaborate with Service Analyst Business Partners, Data Product Owners, and technical teams.
