Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of commercial experience in system administration or infrastructure engineering.
- Bring a solid background in Linux administration.
- Have a deep understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls, DNS, and VPC/VLANs.
- Have hands-on experience managing and optimizing on-premise developer tools such as Jenkins, BitBucket, and BuildBarn.
- Use scripting languages, including Bash and Python, to automate administrative tasks.
- Have basic PowerShell knowledge for Windows administration.
- Be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve system performance problems at scale.
- Support Linux environments primarily, with secondary support for Windows and macOS.
- Have English proficiency at a minimum B2/C1 level for technical communication.
- Commercial experience in large-scale enterprise or financial environments is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, scale, and optimize core on-premise infrastructure.
- Operate and support Jenkins, BitBucket, and BuildBarn for a user base of over 10,000 developers.
- Use system administration, networking, and automation to support reliable developer services.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system performance problems at scale.
- Provide environment support primarily for Linux, with secondary support for Windows and macOS.
