Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering (on-premise / data center / hybrid environments).

Have 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience in on-premise, data center, or hybrid environments.
Bring deep technical knowledge of VMware vSphere and vCenter administration and troubleshooting.
Have operational experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters, including maintenance, replication, backup and restore, and health monitoring.
Have practical Linux administration skills with Debian or Ubuntu, including performance diagnostics, security hardening, and log analysis.
Have experience with enterprise storage concepts, including SAN, zoning, multipathing, and performance tuning.
Have practical experience with enterprise backup platforms; Commvault or an equivalent platform is relevant.
Have hands-on scripting and automation skills with Ansible and Bash or Python, and version control experience with Git.
Understand high-availability architectures and BCP/DR frameworks.
Be ready to participate in paid on-call rotations and travel occasionally to data centers.
Have good spoken and written technical English at a minimum B2 level.
Nice to have: experience in high-availability, low-latency environments such as fintech, trading, or telecommunications.
Nice to have: familiarity with Terraform, Ansible AWX, GitLab CI/CD, hyper-converged infrastructure, or regulatory and security standards such as NIS2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Nice to have: VMware, Red Hat, or storage/backup platform certifications.

Administer and optimize VMware vSphere and vCenter environments, including cluster lifecycle, resource management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Maintain and support production PostgreSQL and MongoDB database environments.
Manage SAN and block and file storage, including capacity planning, performance diagnostics, and array maintenance.
Administer and harden Ubuntu and Debian Linux servers across production and staging environments.
Oversee Commvault backup and recovery, including retention policies, automation, and regular disaster recovery tests.
Automate operational workflows and standardize infrastructure using Ansible, Bash, Python, and Git.
Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
Participate in a structured on-call rotation for mission-critical systems.
Collaborate with platform, security, and development teams.
