Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Be proficient in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Provide a strong portfolio showing solid fundamentals, attention to detail, inventive design thinking, and high-level execution in brand experience work.
- Bring a collaborative, motivated, proactive, and positive approach to teamwork.
- Have strong organization and time-management skills to meet deadlines across multiple projects in a remote work setting.
- Illustration, animation, or spatial design experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Take ideas from concept through final handoff alongside creatives, technologists, producers, and leadership.
- Develop original design directions and refine work within established brand guidelines and visual centers.
- Combine conceptual thinking with strong craft and attention to detail, and take responsibility for the completeness of your work.
- Adapt to different brand styles and visual directions, identifying opportunities for interactive, environmental, or animation outputs.
- Find outside inspiration and bring new thinking and ideas into the studio.
