Job Details

Show clear examples of revenue or retention growth attributable to your work, measured against a control or holdout, and present results to clients.
Be comfortable writing customer segmentation in SQL.
Have hands-on experience personalizing with Liquid.
Be able to design and launch customer journeys.
Have delivered live projects in Braze, or have deep expertise in a similar platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Klaviyo.
Have delivered work for several brands simultaneously in an agency or consultancy.
Demonstrate experience raising others’ skills through training, adopted frameworks or playbooks, or improved ways of working.
Be comfortable presenting to Director, VP and C-suite stakeholders and respectfully challenging them when data points another way.
Provide proof of incorporation and current insurance as a contractor.

Solve complex technical and strategic problems and own the quality of work on client accounts.
Design phased CRM solutions, including experimentation and measurement, loyalty programs, customer segmentation, and advanced SQL or HTML email builds.
Lead solutioning and prioritization conversations, breaking large programs into achievable milestones.
Build trusted relationships with Director, VP and C-suite client stakeholders.
Use data to develop recommendations and communicate them through decks, documents and discussions.
Measure work using control groups, holdouts and A/B tests, and report its impact on client revenue, retention and engagement.
Train delivery team members and create reusable frameworks, playbooks and documentation.
Mentor teammates and lead CRM strategy, data standards and loyalty best practices across the delivery team.
Support pitch teams with scoping, IP development and new client work.
