Requirements
- Build and execute end-to-end content strategies across traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines.
- Demonstrate proficiency with generative AI workflows, including prompt engineering and GenAI audits.
- Use AI and SERP tools to optimize online visibility and brand perception.
- Have hands-on experience optimizing content for People Also Ask, press releases, and social platforms.
- Navigate both online reputation management and crisis response, as well as organic growth marketing initiatives.
- Bring strong desktop research skills and/or experience with customer research data.
- Manage and adapt strategy across multiple enterprise-level accounts in different verticals.
- Agency experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience across both B2B and B2C is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop cross-channel content strategies for clients across traditional search and generative AI engines.
- Lead writers, editors, and content specialists while remaining hands-on in strategy execution and content quality assurance.
- Oversee content strategy and production across client accounts.
- Guide and develop team members through feedback, regular one-on-ones, and performance and career reviews.
- Maintain consistent client brand voice across channels and projects.
- Present strategies and deliverables to clients and participate in upsells.
- Optimize GenAI prompts, audit AI search answers, select prompts, and use internal tools for SERP insights.
- Apply platform-specific best practices across Reddit, People Also Ask, press releases, and social media profiles.
- Develop strategic deliverables including Ally Opportunity Assessments, Fact Sheets, and Crisis Tactics.
