Have 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, consulting, or a related field.
Bring hands-on experience implementing large language models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions, ideally from proof of concept through production.
Have experience using one or more no-code or low-code platforms to develop and demonstrate AI solutions.
Have hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen, and/or knowledge graph technologies.
Be able to gather requirements, document complex processes, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Have experience building business cases, modeling ROI, defining success metrics, and evaluating commercial impact.
Bring stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Have a financial services background and understand regulatory requirements and AI deployment challenges in regulated environments.
Be familiar with AI testing, validation, risk management, and compliance practices in regulated industries.
Have the ability to design and refine prompts and LLM workflows for financial applications and business use cases.
Knowledge of FIBO, Neo4j, RDF, and OWL is valuable.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases.
Develop business cases, ROI models, success metrics, and measurable outcome targets.
Document existing workflows, identify pain points, and design improved processes with appropriate controls.
Translate business needs into solution requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and validation methods.
Build and refine demonstrations using no-code and low-code tools, and develop prompts for financial services applications.
Design AI testing and validation methodologies and support governance, regulatory alignment, and model risk documentation.
Use financial ontologies such as FIBO and support knowledge graph integrations and ontology validation.
Lead business reviews, manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and address implementation risks.
Evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms and share findings and recommendations.
Track revenue and cost impact and monitor stakeholder satisfaction and value realization.
