Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Have 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
- Have 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Have experience with internal controls, financial reporting, and financial close management.
- Have hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar platforms.
- Have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Demonstrate strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
- CPA, ACCA, or MBA is a nice-to-have.
- ERP implementation or M&A integration experience is a nice-to-have.
- Power BI, Tableau, or Looker experience is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, maintaining a five-business-day month-end close target.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, payroll allocations, depreciation schedules, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare GAAP- and IFRS-compliant financial statements and executive reporting packages.
- Provide variance analysis, financial commentary, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership.
- Design and strengthen accounting controls and coordinate external audits and PBC requests.
- Partner with FP&A teams on budgets, forecasting, scenario planning, and capital planning.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and debt compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team and review its work.
- Lead ERP implementation, accounting automation, workflow optimization, and SOP development.
