Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience producing written content for buyers, ideally within cybersecurity.
- Provide samples of written content.
- Have experience managing product launches in high-velocity environments.
- Bring technical curiosity and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to buyers.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Apply a strategic mindset and execute independently and efficiently.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Demonstrate strong listening skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop differentiated product messaging and positioning.
- Lead internal and external product launches across sales enablement, press, digital, and other channels.
- Partner with Marketing teams to drive demand and pipeline through acquisition and upsell messaging aligned to the buyer's journey.
- Own end-to-end launch strategies for incremental updates and feature releases.
- Create and maintain collateral, thought leadership, solution presentations, website content, videos, and blogs.
- Conduct customer research to understand buyer needs and sharpen messaging.
- Enable sales teams and channel partners on product value and joint solutions.
- Represent Abnormal as a speaker in external forums.
