Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience.
- Bring strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, Liquibase, and Jakarta EE.
- Have frontend development experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and SCSS.
- Have experience designing and developing microservices and distributed applications.
- Have hands-on experience with GraphQL and RabbitMQ.
- Have experience with MS SQL Server and/or MySQL.
- Have strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and EKS.
- Have experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Understand code quality, automated testing, performance optimization, and software engineering best practices.
- Have experience with technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and architectural guidance.
- Have advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Review technical requirements, refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and break initiatives into manageable deliverables.
- Guide architectural and technical decisions and promote consistency across services and engineering teams.
- Lead code reviews, refactoring, component redesign, technical debt reduction, and performance optimization.
- Improve microservices observability through monitoring, logging, tracing, troubleshooting, and reliability practices.
- Identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation with Security and DevOps teams.
- Mentor developers and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily meetings, and effort estimation.
- Coordinate technical dependencies and align engineering approaches across teams.
- Improve CI/CD processes, testing practices, technical documentation, and development standards.
