- Analytical thinking and a practical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, maintain, and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals solutions.
- Support performance management and goal-setting processes by aligning system functionality with business needs.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors configurations and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve system performance, and enhance solution effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing application support and contribute to platform evolution and stability.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements, address challenges, and deliver solutions.
- Communicate in English during meetings, discussions, and other work-related interactions.
- Prioritize activities according to urgency, business impact, and project needs.
