Requirements
- At least 2 years of client-facing experience in digital advertising, ad operations, programmatic advertising, or a related field.
- Demonstrated business development capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager.
- Familiarity with other ad servers or supply-side advertising technologies.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising architecture, DSPs, SSPs, and digital media campaign workflows.
- Familiarity with RFPs, PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed deals, partner integrations, and campaign performance optimization is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of product or project management principles, including planning, prioritization, and deadline management.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
- Availability to work primarily from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM US Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with DSPs, SSPs, brands, agencies, and other advertising partners.
- Evaluate, coordinate, and execute RFPs, PMPs, and Programmatic Guaranteed deals.
- Investigate campaign delivery and performance issues and implement solutions.
- Improve approval workflows, ad trafficking processes, and integration procedures.
- Collaborate with partners to identify optimization opportunities and improve outcomes.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with demand partners and develop actionable recommendations.
- Maintain technical and operational roadmaps for partner integrations and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate priorities and initiatives with internal teams and external stakeholders.
