Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar technical delivery role within enterprise software implementations.
- Have hands-on experience implementing or supporting Field Service Management (FSM) or workforce management platforms.
- Bring experience across full implementation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, configuration/build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Understand system integration concepts, including APIs, middleware, data mapping, and ETL.
- Have working knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Be familiar with Agile and traditional project delivery methods, including Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.
- Have experience with requirements management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Be able to travel to client sites, domestic and/or international, as required by project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document technical and functional requirements with business stakeholders and the Solution Architect.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, configuration workbooks, user stories, and functional design documents.
- Conduct gap analysis between FSM platform capabilities and client-specific requirements.
- Support FSM configuration, solution design, system integrations, and data migration activities.
- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts; support SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Track defects through resolution and maintain traceability between requirements, configuration, and test coverage.
- Coordinate with project, architecture, development, business analyst, and end-user teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and support training and knowledge transfer.
- Support cutover planning, deployment, go-live readiness, and post-launch hypercare.
