- Monitor the health of the Center of Excellence (CoE) network and track performance and quality metrics.
- Design and produce recurring and ad hoc network status reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders using Databricks, Python, and SQL.
- Conduct access and network adequacy analysis across CoE partners.
- Own reporting end to end, including data collection, validation, visualization, and distribution.
- Partner with account management, clinical, and data teams to ensure reporting accuracy and relevance.
- Identify network trends, risks, and performance issues and flag them to stakeholders.
- Support client-facing meetings and business reviews with visual summaries of network performance.
- Build and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring reporting.
