Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with Python and Java.
- Proven experience shipping LLM-powered features to production at scale.
- Knowledge of modern software engineering principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with RAG workflows, including chunking, embeddings, and retrieval from relational and vector databases.
- Experience deploying software on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Domain expertise in martech, marketing analytics, or customer data platforms (CDP).
- Understanding of traditional statistical ML models and libraries.
- Experience building data, analytics, or ML pipelines on Spark, Databricks, or similar.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own AI agents and LLM-powered software products end-to-end.
- Lead the technical design of agentic systems and workflows using LLMs and ML models.
- Integrate agents with Tealium data and configuration systems and connect with internal and external parties via APIs and MCP.
- Add prompt-injection defenses, PII controls, output validation, and human-in-the-loop gates to address security and compliance.
- Partner with Product Managers and engineers to identify customer opportunities for AI technologies.
- Drive AI expertise, participate in peer reviews, and set standards for building LLM systems.
