Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of product management experience.
- Have owned a product line end to end as a hands-on individual contributor.
- Have experience building products for multi-client operators.
- Have a track record of shipping complex products on committed dates for high-stakes enterprise customers.
- Have experience shipping AI or LLM features into production workflows with rigorous evaluation and governance.
- Have experience owning pricing, packaging, and the business case for a product line.
- Bring enterprise B2B SaaS experience and strong data fluency.
- Have the ambition to build and lead a team.
- Domain experience in leave and absence, disability, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, or group benefits is preferred.
- Experience in a high-growth, scaling environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and results for TPA, PEO, and Carrier partners.
- Set platform strategy for multi-employer administration across partner applications and APIs.
- Bring AI into partner operations to increase case-manager capacity with appropriate governance.
- Set pricing and packaging with Finance and Sales.
- Track adoption, growth, and operational outcome metrics.
- Present strategy and progress to executive and partner leadership.
- Assist in maintaining applicable company controls, security, and compliance standards.
