Requirements
- Have 2-5 years of commercial operations experience.
- Have experience using Excel.
- Have experience using Microsoft Teams.
- Have experience using Salesforce.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in written and verbal English to communicate with global colleagues, customers, and business partners.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce and related commercial systems.
- Assist with account hierarchy maintenance.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting activities.
- Help monitor adherence to commercial processes and governance standards.
- Support KPI tracking across Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations teams.
- Assist with user acceptance testing for new system enhancements.
- Support system implementations and process improvement projects.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and IT teams to resolve operational issues.
- Help maintain business documentation and operational knowledge repositories.
- Participate in meetings and provide project coordination support when needed.
