Requirements
- Bring extensive experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate a track record of independently owning complex analytical initiatives.
- Have strong hands-on expertise designing, developing, and validating dbt models and data pipelines.
- Have experience building end-to-end analytical solutions and reliable data products from fragmented or complex datasets.
- Understand product analytics, customer behavior, conversion funnels, API adoption, and business outcomes.
- Have experience working with senior Product, Engineering, or business leaders and influencing decisions through insights.
- Have practical experience using AI coding agents or AI-powered development tools.
- Be able to investigate complex questions, identify root causes, and make actionable recommendations.
- Be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and manage stakeholders.
- Nice to have: experience with product experimentation, marketplace or travel technology businesses, or consolidating data across products and systems.
Responsibilities
- Own analytics across enterprise partners, self-service customers, API adoption, booking performance, and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with senior Product, Engineering, and commercial leaders to define analytical priorities and inform decisions.
- Build, validate, and maintain dbt models, data pipelines, and analytical products.
- Establish standardized metrics and reporting frameworks for product and business performance.
- Analyze customer journeys, API usage, and booking behavior to identify friction and conversion opportunities.
- Develop product analytics capabilities and introduce experimentation frameworks.
- Investigate marketplace data across products, systems, and fragmented hotel supply networks.
- Take analytical initiatives from discovery and solution design through implementation, validation, and adoption.
- Use AI coding agents and automation tools to accelerate development and analysis while maintaining data quality.
- Help shape analytics practices, data standards, and ways of working.
