Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Korean is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Five years of construction-related experience preferred.
- Chiller and HVAC experience is a plus.
- Ability to optimize schedules and track heavy equipment deliveries.
- Engineering capabilities to understand specifications and drawings.
- Strong reporting, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Available to travel to the job site as needed.
- Comfortable working in a construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage company delivery and construction progress, reporting to the client and team leader.
- Communicate with clients, executive stakeholders, and internal departments.
- Apply HVAC knowledge and project controls across all project phases.
- Submit project status reports periodically and after key project events.
- Create and optimize schedules for chiller units and cooling equipment to speed delivery and prevent delays.
- Maintain safety logs, risk assessment data, and drawings and approval books.
- Collect work plans and risk assessment data.
- Assess project specifications and timelines for chiller systems.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment and meet code requirements.
- Oversee projects to ensure quality work is completed on time.
