Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- Industry experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Capital project experience and multi-discipline team leadership.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience in the food or beverage industry.
- Preferred: 7+ years of Project Management experience.
- Preferred: Project Management Professional certification or ability to obtain it.
- Preferred: Professional Engineer license.
- Preferred: success working in a consultant environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client interface, leading scope development, proposal support, issue resolution, and client relationship management.
- Plan and execute multi-discipline capital projects within budget, schedule, and contractual requirements.
- Direct project teams, subcontractors, and vendors; anticipate staffing needs and provide performance feedback.
- Manage project scope, documentation, and approved changes.
- Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and installation services, including bid evaluation and contract awards.
- Partner with construction management on installation, technical check-out, and start-up; coordinate OEMs and contractors as needed.
- Develop and promote adherence to project-specific safety plans and applicable Foth and client safety standards.
- Identify execution efficiencies and support business development through project delivery.
- Travel as required, approximately 25–35%.
