Requirements
- Have approximately 4+ years of professional software engineering experience; depth of impact matters more than the number.
- Have shippable experience with C#/.NET.
- Have shippable experience with Angular or a closely related modern framework.
- Be comfortable with Azure SQL Server and a modern cloud.
- Use coding assistants and agentic workflows, and be able to discuss where AI helps and where it hurts.
- Reason about latency, consistency, and scale trade-offs.
- Be comfortable with on-call and operational ownership.
- Instrument the software you ship and treat reliability as part of the feature.
- Write clearly, provide useful reviews, and collaborate effectively.
- Be legally eligible to work in the US or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager and Designer to shape what gets built and how it gets built.
- Own critical services and improve their reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Build complex systems end-to-end.
- Ship product changes continuously with a small engineering pod.
- Review engineers’ work and write clear documentation.
- Anticipate failure modes and build guardrails.
- Follow through on post-incident learnings.
- Instrument shipped work and contribute to operational reliability.
