Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, bank administration, payment operations, or complex settlement reconciliation.
- Experience researching financial transactions and reconciling bank or payment activity.
- Comfort with banking platforms, cash-control processes, and payment security.
- Strong Excel and analytical ability.
- Demonstrated accuracy, confidentiality, escalation judgment, and professional communication.
- Experience administering bank portals or corporate purchase cards and preparing controlled wires is preferred.
- Familiarity with merchant or credit card processing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor bank and cash balances, investigate cash movements, and research treasury transactions requiring follow-up.
- Administer the P-Card program, including cardholder setup, limits, merchant category restrictions, closures, controls, and documentation.
- Support banking portal account administration, access management, and user authorizations under approved control procedures.
- Prepare wire and account transfer details in banking portals and independently confirm recipient information before submission or approval.
- Maintain accurate records of bank activity, transaction research, cash movements, and resolutions for review and audit.
- Work with internal finance partners and external banking contacts to resolve transaction exceptions.
- Support payment reconciliations, merchant account research, and credit-card-related activities.
- Prepare treasury analyses and management updates and identify opportunities to strengthen processing controls.
- Manage merchant ID setup, changes, and closures with processors and property teams.
- Maintain a complete merchant ID inventory, including processor, bank account linkage, and settlement details.
