Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, sales and marketing, or a related field.
- Have relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be able to manage complex projects and multitask.
- Have excellent organizational skills.
- Be able to work with minimal guidance, take initiative, and handle uncertainty.
- Have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Have time-management and planning skills.
- Hold a valid standard DBS certificate.
- Commit to volunteering for a minimum of 3 months.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Find and develop new markets and improve fundraising.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and charity events.
- Develop goals for the development team and charity growth, and ensure they are met.
- Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and stakeholder satisfaction.
