Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing Field Service Management or similar solutions, with significant experience in the utilities and energy industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading complex FSM implementations and integrating with existing technology stacks, including ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and data warehouses.
- Experience developing web-based business applications using technologies such as XML, JSON, HTML 5, or Angular JS.
- Experience with cloud-based FSM platforms such as Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service, ServiceNow FSM, or Click.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architectures.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise integrations using SOAP and REST web services.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models, including backlog management and iterative solution delivery.
- Understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated team-building and leadership experience.
- Project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Ability to travel to client sites domestically and/or internationally as required by project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design Field Service Management solutions for clients in the utilities and energy sectors.
- Develop architectural blueprints covering system integrations, data flows, and technical specifications.
- Guide implementation and collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts.
- Engage clients to understand their processes, requirements, and challenges, and translate needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Present architectural solutions and design decisions to clients.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop technical professionals, and define team roles and performance expectations.
- Establish best practices for solution design, coding standards, and system integrations.
- Conduct code and design reviews and implement process improvements.
