Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated success translating ambiguous business challenges into practical, production-ready technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience building applications with large language models.
- Experience with AI agents, tool calling, data retrieval, workflow orchestration, and output-quality evaluation.
- Strong experience in solution architecture, solutions engineering, or comparable end-to-end technical solution design and delivery.
- Ability to write, review, debug, and maintain code using AI-assisted development tools, and assess generated code for accuracy, security, and quality.
- Ability to design and implement integrations between AI systems, data sources, enterprise applications, and other technical components.
- Ability to lead technical project teams, influence stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and maintain cross-functional alignment.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including managing timelines and delivering incremental value.
- Familiarity with AWS, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and tools such as Claude Code is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Identify business pain points, gather requirements, define problem statements, and establish acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
- Lead AI initiatives from concept and architecture through prototyping, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Design solutions incorporating AI agents, tools, data retrieval, integrations, workflows, user interfaces, and human review processes.
- Develop architectures that balance performance, scalability, reliability, cost, security, and data governance.
- Build prototypes to validate assumptions, test technical approaches, and demonstrate value.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to build agents, connectors, integrations, and applications, and review generated outputs.
- Coordinate with product, UX, reliability, software development, QA, and architecture teams.
- Define test plans and validate functionality, output quality, and production readiness.
- Establish success metrics, monitor adoption and business impact, and refine solutions using performance data and user feedback.
- Guide technical decisions and cross-functional teams, applying appropriate human oversight and responsible data use.
