Requirements
- At least 4 years of backend development experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Demonstrated daily use of AI coding assistants in development workflows.
- Proficiency with Git, including branch management, pull requests, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- User-level proficiency with Linux/Unix command-line navigation, shell scripting basics, and environment manipulation.
- Experience with Snowflake and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Frontend familiarity with TypeScript or React/Vue and basic cloud infrastructure or containerization knowledge are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Continue developing and extending the internal developer portal and dashboard.
- Design, build, and maintain a custom Python backend for core application features.
- Use AI coding tools to support implementation, refactoring, and test generation.
- Integrate the application with Snowflake, relational SQL, and non-relational NoSQL databases.
- Manage Git version control and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment workflows.
- Navigate Linux/Unix environments to run development builds, execute scripts, and inspect logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and performance optimization.
