Job Details

Languages: Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
Experience: Minimum 10 lat komercyjnego doświadczenia w tworzeniu aplikacji webowych z wykorzystaniem Javy i technologii frontendowych. Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w środowisku korporacyjnym IT na podobnym stanowisku.

At least 10 years of commercial experience developing web applications with Java and frontend technologies.
At least 5 years of enterprise IT experience in a similar role.
Strong Java knowledge, including practical experience with Java 25.
Experience with Spring Boot.
Practical experience with Angular and/or React.js; experience with both is an advantage.
Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and SOAP services with external providers.
Knowledge of databases, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with GitHub, source code management, CI/CD processes, and deployment automation.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure DevOps, Cosmos DB, and Application Insights.
Practical use of AI tools and approaches in software development (SDLC).
A technical degree or equivalent qualifications in IT, engineering, or science.
Very good spoken and written English.

Identify, analyze, and resolve critical technical and business problems with the SWAT Team.
Proactively detect risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve systems.
Work with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
Serve as a Java Full Stack technical subject matter expert and support teams with technical knowledge.
Contribute to architecture discussions, system integrations, and modernization initiatives.
Promote sound development practices, DevOps processes, and solution reliability and performance.
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
Develop and integrate REST API services and SOAP services.
Use AI-based tools and approaches throughout the software development lifecycle.
Lead remediation and improvement activities independently in a complex enterprise environment.
