Have 4+ years of experience in digital design or motion.
Bring strong experience executing campaign assets across social and display.
Understand digital ad specifications and export requirements.
Have strong layout and typography fundamentals.
Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and in After Effects.
Provide a portfolio showcasing motion graphics, campaign executions, and digital ad assets.
Have your own equipment, including a laptop.
Be comfortable with a 6–12 month contract role.
Experience in gaming, sports betting, or casino industries is advantageous.
Bonus experience includes international creative teams, offshore production teams, ad-serving platforms, performance-driven creative, HTML5 banner production, and Figma.

Adapt master creative for organic and paid social media, static and dynamic digital display, animation cutdowns, OOH, email, and CRM assets.
Resize, version, and localize campaign creative across platforms.
Prepare files according to platform specifications and export requirements.
Produce simple to mid-level motion graphics and adapt supplied animation into multiple cutdowns.
Support HTML5 banner builds.
Follow structured file setups, naming conventions, and defined production workflows.
Manage time across multiple live campaigns and communicate with the Senior Creative Designer.
Implement feedback and revisions quickly, and maintain organized file management.
Review work for accuracy, technical specifications, and quality before submission or delivery.
