Requirements
- Hold an active California bar license.
- Reside in California.
- Have 7+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Bring experience in complex commercial, liability, or catastrophic injury matters; this is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong legal writing, including motion practice and pretrial filings.
- Use sound judgment and strong communication.
- Be able to manage matters with a high degree of ownership.
- Have an interest in serving outdoor recreation, sports, hospitality, and resort clients.
Responsibilities
- Support existing litigation and counseling matters.
- Handle matters involving complex liability, catastrophic injury, risk management, and employment issues.
- Work directly with clients in the outdoor recreation, sports, hospitality, and resort industries.
- Manage matters with a high degree of ownership.
- Contribute to client relationships while working alongside an established partner.
