Experience: 10+ years in data analytics, insights, or research, including 4+ years leading and growing teams.

Have 4+ years of experience leading and growing teams.
Demonstrate a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
Bring strong editorial judgment to identifying which findings are worth publishing.
Have presented to senior external audiences and handled skepticism in client settings.
Understand data structures and their tradeoffs.
Know how to make SQL-based output more efficient and reusable.
Have a clear view of the capabilities and limitations of current AI tooling.
Have experience distilling complex data for technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite and clients.
Demonstrate cross-functional partnership across levels and functions.
Have a deep interest in or experience with media and entertainment.

Set and maintain the editorial standard for Antenna's published insights, including analysis and storytelling quality.
Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of analysts.
Serve as the key stakeholder for internal tool development, specifying the tools, interfaces, and data access the team needs.
Own intake, prioritization, and resource management for requests from customers, sales, and marketing.
Define and track KPIs for the function and use them to improve workflows and reallocate effort.
Present findings and respond to questions from customers and senior client stakeholders in partnership with Client Services.
Partner with co-founders and leadership to identify opportunities for custom analytics across Antenna's data products.
Step into the request queue, deliverables, or complex analyses when needed.
