Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience building SaaS products end-to-end.
- Be comfortable working across frontend and backend development.
- Have strong experience with Laravel or modern PHP frameworks.
- Have experience with React, Next.js, or Vue, and XDebug.
- Have experience writing unit tests.
- Have experience working in ISO/SOC 2-compliant environments.
- Understand accessibility, scalability, and localisation for global users.
- Be comfortable with cloud-native stacks using AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
- Have experience designing within and around a modular monolith architecture.
- Be skilled in relational databases such as Aurora MySQL and PostgreSQL, including data modelling for scale and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable features using Laravel, PHP, React/Next.js, and AWS.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and Design to deliver features with user impact in mind.
- Build and evolve APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and system performance.
- Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and peer mentorship.
- Contribute to architectural improvements, technical discovery, and engineering strategy execution.
- Ensure accessibility and localisation across the multi-region SaaS platform.
- Lead test strategy and validation; own test coverage, pipeline health, and regression control.
