Job Details

Have 4+ years of experience building SaaS products end-to-end, ideally in multi-region environments.
Have front-end and back-end engineering expertise and be comfortable working across the full stack.
Be strong with Laravel or modern PHP frameworks and modern frontend tools such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
Have experience with XDebug and writing unit tests.
Be comfortable with cloud-native stacks using AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
Have experience designing within and around a modular monolith architecture.
Be skilled in relational databases, including Aurora MySQL or PostgreSQL, with a focus on data modelling for scale and performance.
Understand accessibility, scalability, and localisation for global users.
Have experience working in ISO/SOC 2 compliant environments.
Lead by example in test strategy, validation, test coverage, and regression control.

Design and deliver scalable features using Laravel, PHP, React/Next.js, and AWS.
Collaborate with QA, Product, and Design to deliver features with user impact in mind.
Build and evolve APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and system performance.
Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and peer mentorship.
Contribute to architectural improvements, technical discovery, feature scoping, and engineering strategy execution.
Ensure accessibility and localisation across the multi-region SaaS platform.
Maintain compliance-minded engineering practices, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Lead test strategy and validation, and own test coverage, pipeline health, and regression control.
