Requirements
- Have 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Show a track record of independently owning and shipping production systems.
- Bring hands-on experience across multiple integration domains, such as database management systems, SFTP, SMTP, and enterprise SSO.
- Have client-facing experience leading solution discussions, translating technical concepts, and troubleshooting issues professionally.
- Be able to simplify complexity and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Use strong product sense to evaluate trade-offs and identify client problems worth generalizing into platform capabilities.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- AI/LLM tools experience, such as prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or internal automation, is a plus.
- Experience in fintech, private markets, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
- Experience with document digitization, OCR, or subscription form processing workflows is a plus.
- Prior client-facing technical experience in forward deployment, solutions engineering, implementation, or consulting is a plus.
- Experience working with engineering and product teams based in Vietnam or similar offshore environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Scope and deliver reliable integrations for investment firms, law firms, hedge funds, and other clients.
- Lead exploratory client meetings, gather context, and develop solution proposals.
- Explore client CRMs, data models, and workflows to identify friction and advise on data structure improvements.
- Build tailored client solutions and identify patterns to generalize into platform capabilities.
- Implement subscription form digitization logic with Digitization Consultants, Specialists, and QA Engineers.
- Collaborate with teams across US and Vietnam offices, align on priorities, and bring field intelligence to product and engineering.
- Build AI-powered internal tools to increase team productivity.
