Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping.
- Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach.
