- Have experience covering seed to growth-stage rounds.
- Bring deep hands-on Excel experience.
- Build and work with cap tables.
- Work with SAFE and note conversions.
- Understand liquidation preferences.
- Use nested formulas and named ranges.
- Have strong written English communication skills.
- Pay close attention to detail and be willing to learn concepts in AI and Evals.
Responsibilities
- Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from your own work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models, and building models from a brief.
- Complete each task yourself to establish a clear, correct answer.
