Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in real estate private equity, development, REITs, or real estate lending.
- Have experience covering at least one asset class: office, residential or multifamily, industrial or logistics, retail, hospitality, or data centres.
- Bring deep hands-on Excel experience.
- Be experienced with acquisition and development models.
- Be experienced with promote waterfalls, circular references, goal seek, and financial functions.
- Have strong written English communication skills.
- Pay close attention to detail and be willing to learn concepts in AI and Evals.
- Create an original task brief and provide the human-built input workbook or workbooks needed to complete it.
- Use real data that has been sanitised, or public data with its source named.
- Do not use AI to create the brief or input workbooks.
Responsibilities
- Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from your own work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models, and building models from a brief.
- Work through each task yourself to establish a clear, correct answer.
- Write precise yes-or-no criteria that allow a grader to evaluate any attempt.
