Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in people operations, HR analytics, total rewards, or workforce planning.
- Have experience covering headcount, compensation, benefits, or organizational design.
- Demonstrate deep hands-on Excel skills, including headcount and compensation models.
- Use named ranges, multi-criteria lookups, pivot tables, and conditional formatting in Excel.
- Have strong written English communication skills.
- Show attention to detail and willingness to learn concepts in AI and evaluations.
- Be available for an approximately 4–6 week project.
- Create the task brief and input workbooks yourself; the workbooks must be human-built and use sanitized real data or public data with its source named.
- Use no AI when creating the task brief and input workbooks.
Responsibilities
- Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from your work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models, and building models from a brief.
- Complete each task yourself to establish a clear, correct answer.
- Write precise yes-or-no criteria that allow a grader to assess any attempt.
