Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations or SaaS finance.
- Have experience covering pipeline, bookings, quota and compensation for B2B sales teams.
- Bring deep hands-on Excel experience.
- Be able to build and work with ARR waterfalls and commission calculators.
- Be able to use nested formulas, multi-criteria lookups and pivot tables.
- Have strong written English communication skills.
- Pay close attention to detail and be willing to learn concepts in AI and Evals.
- Create the task brief yourself and provide human-built input workbooks.
- Use sanitized real data or public data with its source named; do not use AI.
Responsibilities
- Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from sales or revenue operations work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models and building from a brief.
- Complete each task to establish a clear, correct answer.
- Write precise yes-or-no criteria that allow a grader to assess any attempt.
