Have 3+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting under IFRS or US GAAP, in practice or in-house.
Have deep hands-on Excel experience.
Be experienced in financial reporting, three-statement checks, purchase accounting, error tracing, and pivot tables.
Have strong written English communication skills.
Show attention to detail and willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals.
For onboarding, write the task brief yourself and provide human-built input workbooks.
Use sanitized real data or public data with the source named for onboarding task materials.
Do not use AI to create the onboarding task or its input workbooks.
Be available for an approximately 4–6 week project as an independent contractor.

Write realistic Excel tasks based on professional accounting work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models, and building from a brief.
Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer.
Write precise yes-or-no criteria that allow a grader to assess any attempt.
Create an original task during onboarding, including a brief and the input workbook or workbooks needed to complete it.
Write a detailed yes-or-no rubric for tasks that AI models get wrong, and work with a reviewer to obtain sign-off.
