Requirements
- Have 5+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience.
- Have experience and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management.
- Hold a recognised Agile qualification or certification, such as PSM or SAFe Scrum Master.
- Have experience delivering successfully via a recognised agile methodology.
- Have a proven record of coaching and influencing at team level.
- Bring a broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Have experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating information for a range of audiences.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German at C2 proficiency.
- Be willing to travel for project-related mobility.
- SAP transformation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels.
- Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as SAFe, DAD, and LeSS.
- Undertake agile delivery engagements as an Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner.
- Support Lean Portfolio Management engagements.
- Own client deliverables to help ensure engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner.
- Advise client leaders across industry sectors.
- Support other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice.
- Contribute to Workforce Transformation thought leadership, intellectual property, and methods/tools.
