Requirements
- Have proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master in an ART or other scaled Agile environment; this is mandatory.
- Have a strong understanding of SAFe and scaled Agile ways of working.
- Have advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira configuration and Jira Dashboards.
- Have SAFe RTE or SPC training/certification, or extensive hands-on experience supporting an RTE; this is preferred.
- Have experience configuring Jira Plans / Advanced Roadmaps and/or Structure; this is an advantage.
- Have strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Have a genuine interest in Agile Leadership and the ability to work across teams and at program level.
- Be willing to gradually take on RTE responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple teams and support program-level responsibilities.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration.
- Help manage dependencies and risks across teams.
- Contribute to ART-level events and planning activities.
- Support coordination, planning, dependencies, risks, and alignment across multiple teams while taking on RTE responsibilities.
