Requirements
- Have knowledge of and passion for Agile values, principles, and practices.
- Have experience delivering within an Agile team.
- Be competent using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Take a solution-focused, proactive approach to problem-solving and removing blockers.
- Be able to handle conflicting and competing stakeholder demands.
- Have strong relationship- and trust-building skills.
- Communicate effectively to understand the team's issues and help find solutions.
- Provide leadership that motivates and guides the team.
- Act as part of the team and put the team's needs first.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is nice to have.
- A Digital Marketing background and Project Management experience are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and support the use of Agile best practices.
- Coach, mentor, and educate stakeholders and the team to increase Agile knowledge and maturity.
- Identify areas for improvement and enable the Delivery Team to implement planned changes.
- Challenge business stakeholders to approach products and deliverables iteratively.
- Produce metrics to track product or project progress and team performance, and propose changes to ways of working.
- Initiate, plan, and deliver projects, including managing end-to-end projects with the business.
- Manage project budgets.
- Work with stakeholders at all organizational levels, customer teams, and co-sourced teams.
