Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
- Hold a current Scrum Master certificate.
- Hold a current project management certificate, such as PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation.
- Have practical knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project.
- Have good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Hold a technical university degree.
- A valid scaled Scrum certificate, such as Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) or SAFe, is welcome.
- Additional current certificates such as Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Support teams in working according to Scrum principles.
- Facilitate Scrum events and ensure they are effective.
- Remove impediments that hinder teams' work.
- Support teams and stakeholders in building agile maturity.
- Monitor goal delivery and support teams in planning their work.
- Maintain process transparency, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with multiple teams in a scaled Scrum environment.
