Requirements
- Have experience coordinating projects, working in PMO, or working in a transformation environment.
- Know project management, risk management, and reporting.
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Have data analysis skills and experience working with KPIs and dashboards.
- Have good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Power BI, Power Automate, and Jira or similar tools are welcome.
- Have well-developed communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Have very good English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate M&A, integration, transformation, and IT standardization projects.
- Monitor project schedules, actions, risks, dependencies, and progress.
- Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support project management.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in process automation and improvements to tools and governance.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and communication activities.
