Requirements
- Have at least 2+ years of professional product design experience.
- Have a proven track record of shipping designs in live products.
- Provide a comprehensive portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and problem-solving methodologies.
- Show user workflows and polished visual designs in the portfolio.
- Have strong experience with—or a demonstrated interest in—dashboards, analytics, and reporting interfaces.
- Have hands-on experience working with and maintaining design systems.
- Preferred: Have a background as a founding, first, or sole designer in a team environment.
- Preferred: Have practical expertise in data visualization.
- Preferred: Have experience in consumer goods, retail, food and beverage, or beauty.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lead Designer to define, design, and deliver end-to-end product features and UX/UI solutions.
- Participate in product discovery and help decide what to build through critical thinking, research, and collaborative feedback.
- Design intuitive dashboards, analytics interfaces, and data visualization tools.
- Use and contribute to the evolution of the established design system.
- Communicate and justify design concepts, user flows, and interface choices to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
